We want you to love your Damson Madder pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure alternative, ensuring the inclusion of your packing slip to help us identify your order.

  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label or QR code through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
